Lyla
Meet my adorable niece, Lyla. She is the sweetest, happiest little love bug!
Cooper & Wyatt – TWINS
Meet Cooper and Wyatt, the most adorable twin boys ever!! I loved photographing these sweet boys and their parents. Did you know I always wanted twins?? For real! Sadly, no twins for me, but I am grateful for my 5 munchkins even if they all came individually 😉
This photo will never not be funny to me! Their little eyes!! One giving the stink eye, the other cross eyed <3 PERFECTION
SCOTLAND
I know I’ve said I don’t normally do this, but after much debate, I have slowly started taking on lifestyle newborn sessions. And I’m loving them! This particular session is of my new niece, Scotland. She was born on September 30th weighing in at 4 pounds 14 ounces!! Sooooooo teeny tiny!! I have been to the birth of most of my nieces and nephews, but sadly for Scottie’s birth my kids and I were sick and there was no way I was going anywhere near a baby or hospital then. It broke my heart! Thankfully I was able to do maternity photos (you can check those out here) before Scotland arrived, and then these newborn photos of her and my sister, Katelyn. I still can’t get over how tiny she was!! I loved being able to snuggle her and capture her little yawn, tiny toes, and her with her mom. I think Katelyn looks beautiful and I love her and Scottie together. They’re just so sweet. I am starting to enjoy newborn photos, done a little different 😉 So, here’s Scottie at just 11 days new!
Baby Burns
I love love LOVE being able to attend the birth of a new little bundle and photograph the miracle that it is!! I love seeing the tender touches, hearing the reassuring words, and being able to witness the miracle that the whole birth process is. Each birth is completely unique and beautiful. I still can’t believe I’ve been through it 5 times myself! Totally worth it I might add 🙂
This adorable baby boy came into the world a whopping 8 pounds 4 ounces, with the most adorable bum chin and dimple in his cheek. Mom did amazing and I loved watching dad do what he could to help. It’s interesting being on the other end of things. It’s hard to watch someone go through the unbearable pain and not be able to do anything. I feel for dads! And mom had the best midwives ever!! They were both there for my last baby’s birth!! If you’re contemplating a birth photographer at your next birth, don’t think, just do it! It is 150% worth it!
Ok, that’s enough writing, here’s baby Burns’ birth day…
